Hi! My name is Isaiah and I am currently building a 2022 Gen 3 Toyota Tundra for high-speed desert off roading. I bought the truck brand new with 10 miles on it about 3 years ago in 2022, and I have enjoyed everything about it! I have 55k on it now and counting as it is also my daily driver.
My main motivation is to be able to share the capabilities and weaknesses of the new gen Toyota Tundra, since this was one of the first of the Toyota body on frame trucks to get a massive overhaul. I wanted to show off what it was capable of, not just "overlanding" and camping but actual high speed aggressive off roading in abusive conditions. My goal is to be able to build this truck to the highest of its abilities and document the process along the way and share with my audience the possibilities of the platform by working with industry leaders on new products and putting them to the real test.
I am not your average social media influencer taking "pics for the gram" were out here using and abusing the trucks and putting them to their paces. Putting these trucks through what others will not.
I am located in San Diego, CA. Prime location for the type of off roading we do. Tons of desert and tons of open public land. My favorite spot has to be right in my backyard in Ocotillo Wells. It has the perfect amount of challenging whoop sections, ledge jumps, high speed dirt sections, and soft sandbox to play in.
